Description
We are currently hiring for 90 customer service representatives! Temp to hire opportunities in Midland and Athens Texas! Orientation classes will be held starting in October. Pay is 11.54 an hour for Non-bilingual and 12.02 for bilingual candidates!
You will be working 8-10 hours a day; will need to answer 80-100 calls per day for questions regarding CHIP, Medicare/Medicaid, Welfare benefits, WIC.
Position requirements:
Call Service Experience/Customer Service
High school or GED (will be verified)
Must be able to pass a background check-no felonies within the last 30 years and no misdemeanors with violence or theft. (Will also be checked.)
Flexible schedule-must be able to work from 11am-8pm Monday-Friday (after training is completed.)
Must be able to pass computer skills test!
Must submit of a copy of your resume!
Bilingual Spanish a plus! (Must be able to read, write, and speak-will be tested!)
Job responsibilities:
Assist customers with applications and eligibility requirements and program questions, transferring callers to other call centers if needed.
Classes start soon!
Call center is open from 8-8 Monday-Friday (NO WEEKENDS)
Must be flexible to work 8 or 10 hour shifts
Paid training is 5-6 weeks from 8-5pm
